William Durham serves as Legal Counsel and Head of Legal, Proposals, and Risk Management at PEAK Wind since February 2021, where responsibilities include advising executive management, acting as corporate secretariat, and managing a team for contracts, proposals, and legal matters. Previously, William was Legal Counsel at CDPL from January 2012 to March 2020, directing trial litigation with a successful record of over ten jury verdicts. William has held attorney roles at the Fair Trial Initiative, Lawyers for Equal Justice, and the Legal Aid Society of Hawaii, litigating various civil cases and managing large-scale class action cases. Educational achievements include a Master of Laws from the University of Copenhagen and a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center.
