Zhyldyz Şen

Zhyldyz Şen has worked as an HR Specialist for Peak since 2019. Prior to that, they worked for P.I. Works, Inc. starting in 2017 in the same role of HR Specialist. In this capacity, they managed all internship processes, coordinated on-boarding and off-boarding, and conducted recruitment processes using BambooHR. From 2016 to 2017, Zhyldyz worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Insider., where they were responsible for creating and posting job advertisements, screening applications, conducting interviews, and managing orientation programs and training for new hires.

Zhyldyz Şen completed their Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Kazan State University in 2013. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in History from Istanbul University, which came to an end in 2016. There is no mention of any additional certifications attained by her.
