Eric Herrera

Eric Herrera has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Eric began their career in 2012 as a Shift Supervisor at DSI Security Services, where they held this position until 2015. From 2014 to 2015, they worked at Governors State University in the role of IT Help Desk, where they provided technical support to faculty and students. Eric then joined Insurance Auto Auctions in 2015 as an IT Support Analyst, and remained with the company until 2022. During this time, they also worked at PEAK6 starting in 2022 as an IT Support Analyst (Tier 3) and was later promoted to the position of Support Team Lead in 2023.

Eric Herrera obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Moraine Valley Community College from 2009 to 2012. Eric later pursued a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Governors State University, completing it in 2015. Additionally, they have a certification as an EMC Academic Associate in Information Storage and Management from EMC.
