Melissa Crow

Melissa Crow is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in strategic planning, business operations management, and agile best practices. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at PeakActivity since December 2021, Melissa previously held the position of Head of Communities for North America at Cognizant Softvision, where responsibilities included adapting global operating models to local needs. Earlier roles include positions at PeakActivity, Arrow Digital, Office Depot, Homes.com, ChoicePoint, and GE Plastics, where Melissa honed skills in team development, product management, data analysis, and resource allocation. Melissa Crow earned a Bachelor's degree in Management and Marketing from Florida Atlantic University.
