Maria Bondarenko

Maria Bondarenko has held various roles in human resources and recruitment throughout their career. Maria has experience working as a Human Resources Director at PeakData and a Senior Technical Recruiter at Kalepa. Prior to this, they served as Head of Recruitment at Sonalake and an IT Team Leader at G-Force Recruitment Solutions. Maria also worked as a Project Manager Trainee at Lidl Polska and a Researcher in IT at Experis/Manpower Group.

Maria Bondarenko pursued their education starting with a Licencjat in Zarządzanie Przedsiębiorstwem from Cherkasy Engineering and Technological Institute from 2009 to 2013. Maria then went on to complete a Magister in Zarządzanie Zasobami Ludzkimi from Jagiellonian University between 2013 and 2015. Following this, Maria undertook Postgraduate Studies in Employer Branding at Kozminski University from 2020 to 2021. Maria'seducational journey continued with an Advanced Diploma in People Management from THE CHARTERED INSTITUTE OF PERSONNEL AND DEVELOPMENT in 2023 and 2024, focusing on People Management.
