Heather ONeil

Heather O'Neil has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Heather started their career as an Office Manager at SSIS in 2008 and held the position until 2011. Subsequently, they pursued their education at Armstrong Atlantic State University, where they majored in Fitness Management/ Pre-Sports Medicine and maintained a GPA of 3.27 as a student. Following their graduation in 2011, Heather joined MasTec Network Solutions, taking up multiple positions such as Project Coordinator, Closeout Specialist, Lead Project Specialist, and ultimately becoming a Senior Project Manager - LTE. During their tenure at MasTec, they managed construction crews for LTE builds, ensured accuracy of customer reporting databases, and led various teams for AT&T LTE projects. Heather's extensive experience with MasTec continued until 2017, when they joined PeakNet, LLC. as the Senior Director of Operations. Throughout their career, Heather has showcased their expertise in project management, scheduling, financial management, troubleshooting, and maintaining national cycle times.

Heather O'Neil obtained their AA degree in Health Administration from the University of Phoenix from 2007 to 2009. Heather then pursued a BHS degree in Fitness Management from Armstrong State University, where they studied from 2009 to 2011. Heather O'Neil later completed their Master's degree in Project Management from the American InterContinental University during the period of 2013 to 2014.
