S D has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. They started their career as the President, CEO, and Chairman of H&L Products Samsonite Brands, where they founded the company and developed a product called the Seat Belt Comforter. Following this, S D served as the President of Smart System International, focusing on energy management systems for the hospitality and healthcare industries. They successfully led the company to profitability by implementing hardware and software solutions in partnership with Accor Economy Lodging. S D then served as the President and CEO of Synergy ESCO and Supply, an Energy Service Company (ESCO) that provided energy efficiency products and services to various sectors in New York City. As President and CEO, S D drove sales and implemented energy-saving initiatives in buildings. After that, S D was involved with RSH, Inc. as a stockholder, investor, and board member, contributing to intellectual property planning and forecasting. They also served as a board member and independent director at Synergy, where they focused on strategic solutions for intellectual property and revenue growth, particularly in the hospitality industry.

Continuing their career, S D became the President and CEO of HR US LLC - iGrip Brands, overseeing the company's operations and leadership. Following this, they joined Comverge as a Director, contributing to the company's initiatives from December 2009 to December 2012. S D later served as the EVP of Encycle, where they played a crucial role in leading ventures, sales, marketing, and strategy. They raised significant venture capital and developed Swarm Logic cloud services during their tenure.

Most recently, S D served as the Chief Revenue Officer of Peak+, a company specializing in adiabatic pre-cooling technology for HVAC systems. In this role, they focused on serving commercial, industrial, and data center markets with patented technology.

Throughout their career, S D has demonstrated a strong entrepreneurial spirit, strategic leadership, and a deep understanding of the industry.

S D attended Sheffield Hallam University from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelors of Business Administration with a focus in International Business, Trade, and Law. In addition, they also attended the University of Southern California from 1983 to 1984 to obtain an Associate's degree in Music Theory and Composition.
