Phillip Cunningham

Phillip Cunningham possesses extensive experience in strategic development and investor relations, most recently serving as Vice President at PeakSpan Capital from October 2022 to September 2023. Prior to this role, Phillip held leadership positions at Cloudbeds as Head of Corporate Development and Director of Corporate Development from January 2020 to December 2022. Phillip also contributed as an Observer on the Board of Directors at GroupBy Inc. and was a Senior Associate at PeakSpan Capital between January 2017 and January 2019. Earlier in career, Phillip gained valuable experience in investment banking at Goldman Sachs from January 2016 to January 2017. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research from the United States Air Force Academy.
