Ben Dippold

Ben Dippold has been working in the recruitment and career coaching industries since 2013. Ben began their career as a Mutual Fund Representative at Boston Financial Data Services. In 2015, they joined Experis as an IT Technical Recruiter and participated in a three-month sales and recruiting training program, graduating in the top 10 out of 200 new recruits. In 2017, they joined ReachMobi as a Technical Recruiter and HR Generalist, where they were responsible for all HR functions of a $100 Million mobile AdTech company. In 2018, Ben joined AGS as an Account Executive and Technical Recruiter, where they earned a spot in the top 3 producing sales professionals within the organization during their second full quarter of sales. In 2019, they joined Hazelton as a Career Coach and Technical Recruiter. In 2020, Ben became a Producer for Channel Development and Software Sales at Companion Protect, where they were responsible for building and developing new territory in the western US. Currently, Ben is a Technical Recruiter at Peaksware Holdings, LLC and a Career Coach at Springboard.

Ben Dippold has completed a Full Stack Software Development degree from The University of Kansas in the field of Information Technology. Ben has also obtained certifications as an Insurance Broker, Property & Casualty from the Kansas Insurance Department, the State of Colorado, and the California Department of Insurance.
