Peak Talent is an AI training platform built by Scaler AI Labs. It connects subject-matter experts and graduates with projects that help improve artificial intelligence across fields including law, computer science, web development, math, science, and languages.

The platform is built on a simple principle: reliable AI depends on knowledgeable people to train and refine it. Experts on Peak Talent contribute by writing specialized questions in their fields, identifying and correcting errors in AI-generated answers, and providing the nuanced feedback that only domain specialists can offer. This work directly improves the accuracy and quality of AI systems used by millions of people.

More than 10,000 people from different parts of the world contribute to Peak Talent, working remotely and on flexible schedules. Its community spans professors, PhD candidates, engineers, students, and recent graduates, reflecting a wide range of expertise and backgrounds.

No prior AI experience is required to contribute, though strong expertise in one's own field is essential. If you're interested in working with Peak Talent, you can join at dashboard.peaktalent.ai/login.
