Marek Vala

Marek Vala is the Founder and CEO of Pealock, a company specializing in hardware, software, and InsurTech solutions, established in January 2019. Prior to this role, Marek served as a Quality Manager in the automotive industry at MS Technik from April 2015 to February 2020, where responsibilities included customer communication, quality system management, and the implementation of quality improvement measures in accordance with IATF 16949 standards. Earlier experience includes roles as a Quality Engineer and Co-owner of Cafe Bayerova. Marek also co-founded an online retail platform for electronic cigarettes and accessories, as well as a business selling watches and jewelry. Academic credentials comprise a Master's degree in Expert Engineering in Transport and a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics and Management, both from Brno University of Technology.
