A three-way consulting platform that, unbiasedly, matches a company’s business problem with the right support model - ex-top-tier consultant(s), a specialised consulting firm or a senior expert by the hour.

For companies - Pear helps turn a high-level brief into a clear scope, recommends the right consulting model to maximise your RoI and matches you to best-fit talent, all of whom have ex-top-tier consulting experience (e.g. McKinsey, Bain, BCG) - faster and at lower costs than traditional alternatives.

For consulting firms - Get access to qualified project leads, contract top-tier consultants at the lowest markups in market, temporarily staff your unutilised resources on Pear projects and benchmark your project fees with others so that you can price with confidence.

For independent consultants - Join our network and get access to projects with higher rates, consulting firm style progression pathways, feedback & coaching and access to a community of peers.

Built by former top-tier consultants and former buyers of consulting, we understand the pain points, incentives, economics, and workflows on all sides - so we've designed Pear as a platform that aligns outcomes for everyone, rather than forcing trade-offs.
