Eric Martell has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and companies. Eric is the founder of Pear Commerce, a company they started in 2018. Prior to that, Eric worked at gener8tor as a Venture Partner, and also held the position of Managing Director gener8tor Minnesota. Eric joined gener8tor in 2017 and stayed until 2018.

Before their time at gener8tor, Eric was the Founding COO of EatStreet, a popular online food ordering platform. Eric co-founded EatStreet in 2010 and served as the COO until 2016. During their tenure, EatStreet expanded its services to over 15,000+ restaurants in 110+ markets.

In addition to their entrepreneurial ventures, Eric has also gained valuable experience through internships. Eric worked as a Software Engineering Intern at Intuit in 2011, and as a Software Intern at Thomson Reuters in 2010. Prior to that, they interned at Maverick Software Consulting from 2009 to 2010. Eric has a strong background in software engineering and has shown their ability to excel in leadership and entrepreneurial roles.

Eric Martell attended Whitefish Bay High School from 2004 to 2007. Eric then went on to the University of Wisconsin-Madison and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, with a Math certificate, studying there from 2007 to 2011.
