PEAR Power - power electronics & systems R&D boutique for those building the frontier.

Building something at the edge of power electronics and automation? Send us a brief — you'll talk to the engineer doing the work.

Power electronics is our core - converters and drives, real-time control and firmware - and we take it all the way from concept to finished system.
PE, automation, and beyond.

Founded by deep-tech entrepreneurs and R&D experts - PhDs, patent holders and Forbes 30 Under 30 alumni, backed by industrial engineers and rising talent. Every discipline a serious program needs, without the ramp-up.
