Overview

Resilient Technology for the Modern Enterprise: From GovCloud Compliance to Lean Startup Innovation.

Pear SK bridges the gap between complex technology, mission-critical security, and financial efficiency. Led by a veteran CISO and technology strategist with 15+ years of experience building defense-in-depth programs for global platforms, we secure and scale technology for regulated industries while maintaining a "vetted FinOps" mindset for cost-conscious startups and SMBs.

Core Consulting Pillars
Regulated Industries & Compliance: Expert guidance on CMMC, FedRAMP, HIPAA, and CJIS readiness. We architect systems that meet stringent standards like SOC2, PCI-DSS, and the EU AI Act.

Modern AI-Driven Operations: Transforming IT/OT/IoT environments through automation. We modernize user support with AI-driven HelpDesks and operationalize SOC/SOAR with "agentic" vulnerability capabilities to minimize MTTR.

Cost-Effective FinOps Strategy: We treat security as a business enabler, not a cost center. Our strategy includes cloud cost optimization for AWS/Azure, right-sizing infrastructure via Terraform, and providing scalable Fractional CISO leadership.
Agentic AI Governance: Comprehensive deployment assessments for autonomous AI agents. We implement guardrails against prompt injection and data leakage (utilizing tools like Zenity) while ensuring reliability through adversarial evaluation.

Why Pear SK?
Executive Depth: Built on C-suite experience at global technology and energy platforms (Plus Power, Stem Inc., Perceptyx).

Future-Ready: Actively integrating Post-Quantum Cryptography awareness and modern Identity (Passkeys/OIDC) into current security models.
Simplification: We believe the most resilient systems are those that are easy to manage and hard to break.
