Michael Mitchell has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Michael began their career in the United States Marine Corps, where they served as a Light Armored Vehicle Commander from 1999 to 2009. Following their military service, Mitchell joined Longroad Energy in 2015 as a Solar Technician, responsible for ensuring the safety, quality, and performance of PV systems. Michael worked in this role until 2020.
In 2021, Mitchell joined Pearce Renewables as a Senior Field Service Engineer/Special Projects Lead and Project Lead. In these roles, they played a key role in managing and overseeing construction projects, liaising between project managers and the owner, and keeping projects on schedule. Additionally, Mitchell served as a Resources Manager, working closely with supervisors, site leads, and technicians to ensure project workforce and personnel availability. Michael is currently working as an ESS Construction Manager/Owners Rep at Pearce Renewables, advising and overseeing the owner throughout the construction and design process.
