Dwayne Kitchen, RCP has extensive work experience in the field of Environment, Health and Safety (EH&S). In 2015, they worked as an EH&S Consultant at DK INDUSTRIES, where they successfully expanded the customer base and diversified market presence. Dwayne was responsible for maintaining customer confidence and managing and improving the Safety program and processes.

In 2017, Dwayne joined Pearce Services as a Director of HS&E, and World Wind & Solar as an Environment, Health and Safety Manager. In both roles, they demonstrated their expertise in HS&E management and ensured compliance with safety regulations.

Dwayne Kitchen, RCP has a diverse education history. In 1993, they began their studies at San Joaquin Valley College-Bakersfield, where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Respiratory Care Therapy/Therapist in 1996. Following this, from 1997 to 1999, Dwayne pursued a Fellowship in Transcranial Doppler Ultrasound at UCLA. Later on, they attended the University of California, San Diego from 2003 to 2005, focusing on OSHA/Industrial Health and Safety, although they did not obtain a specific degree during this period.
