Kanish began their work experience in 2022 as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Marshall Machines. They worked in this role from January to July of that year. Later in 2022, Kanish joined Pearce Services as an Engineering Assistant. In April 2023, they transitioned to the role of Engineer 1 at Pearce Services. The end dates for both roles at Pearce Services are not provided.

Kanish completed a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Mehr chand polytechnic college from 2017 to 2019. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and Automation Engineering from GNA University between 2019 and 2022.
