Michael Mitchell

Michael Mitchell is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and current Senior Manager of Construction at Pearce Renewables, where they oversee construction, quality assurance, and commissioning processes for renewable energy projects. With over a decade of experience in construction oversight, they have specialized in Battery Energy Storage Systems and Solar PV initiatives. Previously, Michael served as a Renewable Construction Manager and Resource Manager, demonstrating strong leadership and decision-making skills while managing multiple project sites to ensure compliance with QA/QC standards. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Texas A&M University and are pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at The University of Georgia.
