Dat Le

Dat Le is an entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in building consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands and products. They are currently the Head of Product Development at Pearl West and the Founder of BBTM Holdings. Dat has previously held positions such as Sales Executive at Ledcor and Managing Partner at DECO Windshield Repair Inc. They served as an Executive Board Member at Grant Cardone Canada from 2017 to 2023 and operated as a Franchisee with Student Works Painting from 2007 to 2010. Dat's educational background includes a BBA in Finance and Economics from Vancouver Island University and studies in International Business at Shanghai Lixin University of Commerce, complemented by further education in business management and marketing at UBC Sauder School of Business.
