At PEARLDIVERS we spend a lot of time looking for the right candidate to find the most suitable person for the company. Just as a pearl-diver has to go to some depths to retrieve oysters, bring them to the surface, open them and search the tissues, so too at pearldivers do we search and find the best pearls in the talent pool. Really good and suitable candidates are difficult to find and to recruit.
