Kevin Dickson started their work experience as an intern at Systems Associates, Inc. in 2009 and continued in that role until 2011. In 2012, they served as an intern at Oshkosh Corporation. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Subaru of Indiana Automotive, where they were responsible for planning and executing equipment upgrade projects. From 2015 to 2021, they joined Pearson Packaging Systems as a Process Engineer, leading interdisciplinary teams to seek continuous improvement. Kevin then took on the role of Project Manager, managing customer projects from sale to machine commissioning. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Project Management at Pearson Packaging Systems, leading a team of project managers to deliver excellent results for customers.
Kevin Dickson obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Kevin later pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Idaho, attending from 2018 to 2020.
