Ron Pounds

Ron Pounds is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and product development. From October 2012 until retirement in March 2024, Ron held the position of Project Engineering Manager at Pearson Packaging Systems, where responsibilities included overseeing a team of engineers and managing machine design and production support. Prior to this role, Ron served as Product Development Manager at Moen Industries from January 1997 to October 2012, focusing on enhancing OEM packaging equipment through research and design. Ron began a career in engineering in the late 1970s at Ameron International as a Production Welder and interim Quality Control Technician. Ron holds a Bachelor of Divinity from California Missionary Baptist Institute and an Associate of Science degree from Ventura College and Rio Hondo College.
