John Kroll is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the food and retail sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Sales at Pearson Ranch Jerky since March 2023, John previously held the position of Senior Director of Retail Sales and New Item Development at Dippin' Dots LLC from February 2009 to March 2023. Prior to that, John was V.P. of Sales and Marketing at Super Market Merchandising from June 2005 to December 2008, and Director of Sales and Operations at North Star Distributing, a division of Prairie Farms Dairy, from May 1989 to May 2005. John began a career at Schnucks Markets Inc. in June 1979, working in the Frozen Food/Dairy Department until June 1989. John Kroll holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Fontbonne University.

Pearson Ranch, founded in 1959, is family-owned, raising elk, buffalo (also known as bison) and cattle. Located in the beautiful southwestern mountains of New Mexico at an elevation of 7,800 feet, the virtually untouched surroundings host elk, deer, black bear, antelope, mountain lions, wolves, turkeys and other small game. Pearson Ranch has been in the meat snack business since 2000. The main focus of ranch operations shifted to meat snack products in the summer of 2011. Buffalo (Bison) products were introduced in 2003, and Venison and Wild Boar products added in 2014.
