Aaron Grice

Aaron Grice is a Senior Technology Analyst at Pearson, with a career spanning over two decades since joining the company in June 1999. As site lead for the Glenview facility, Aaron manages daily operations for a 350-user team and serves as the principal technology contact for the facility. Responsibilities also include leading the Mac Engineering Group, addressing concerns for the Mac user population across Pearson. Earlier roles at Pearson included Technology Analyst, where training initiatives for new laptop users were implemented, and Senior Technical Support Technician, with a focus on client connectivity during migration projects. Prior to Pearson, Aaron worked at Applied Graphics Technologies, where responsibilities included user support, training, network infrastructure management, and coordinating Mac Help Desk operations. Aaron holds a Bachelor’s Degree in American Studies from the University of Notre Dame.
