Abi Kleinsmith

Abigail Kleinsmith is an experienced Assessment Specialist at Pearson since May 2019, specializing in the development and review of content-specific test items for large-scale assessments. Responsibilities include creating test specifications, managing item writers, facilitating customer meetings, and collaborating with internal teams. Prior to Pearson, Abigail served as a Science Teacher at Round Rock ISD and Leander ISD, teaching chemistry and biology, and was involved in lesson planning and implementation. Abigail's early career includes tutoring and recreational counseling. Abigail holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Texas Lutheran University and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
