Amanda Charniga

Amanda Charniga is an experienced educator and customer success representative, with a strong background in teaching and support roles spanning over a decade. Beginning as an English Language Arts Teacher at Summit Academy Community School, Amanda developed integrated curricula for middle school students before transitioning to various roles, including Special Education Teacher and Department Chair at Katy ISD, where leadership and training for a team of educators were key responsibilities. In recent positions at Pearson, Amanda has excelled as a Customer Success Representative, facilitating instructor onboarding and managing numerous accounts, while also serving as a Sales Representative focused on engineering and computer science education. Amanda holds a Master's degree in Educational Administration and Supervision from Bowling Green State University and a Bachelor's degree in Special Education from the University of Toledo.
