Anna Jackson currently serves as the Head of Customer Insights at Pearson since June 2019, leading a team that focuses on building and sharing insights with higher education stakeholders. Previously, Anna held several roles at Pearson, including Services Development Manager and Senior Marketing Manager for both Higher Education Services and Business and Technology Publishing, where responsibilities ranged from developing customer-centric services to leading marketing campaigns and market research. Anna holds a Diploma in Professional Marketing from The Chartered Institute of Marketing and a BA hons in English and Italian Literature from the University of Warwick.
