Ashley Dye

Ashley Dye, MBA, LSSBB, has a diverse professional background with significant expertise in quality assurance and continuous improvement. From June 2015 to February 2018, Ashley served as a Coach at Beachbody, aiding individuals in their fitness journeys. Ashley later worked at Pearson in various roles including Manager of Quality Assurance and Lead Quality Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed implementing quality practices, leading Kaizen events, and managing the Quality Management System for the School Assessment business. Earlier experience includes roles as a Committee Chair for the Cedar Rapids Area Environmental Film Festival, Project Manager at OmniLingua Worldwide, and positions at Trees Forever and the Iowa Environmental Council. Ashley holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Upper Iowa University and degrees in Natural Resources Ecology and Management from Iowa State University and Cosmetology from The Salon Professional Academy.
