Barbara Spork, MBCI, is a retired Global Director of Business Resilience who worked at Pearson from 2019 until 2023. Prior to this role, they held various positions at Pearson, including Business Resilience Director and eAudiobooks Project Manager. Barbara completed a course in Crisis Management and Business Continuity at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2014 and earned an ISO Lead Auditor Certification in Business Continuity in 2020. They relocated to Dubai, UAE in August 2023 and plan to move to London, UK in August 2024.
