Ben Stafford is currently the Head of Assessment Performance at Pearson since 2025. Previously, they served as the Head of Assessment Development at AQA from 2021 to 2025 and held positions as Qualifications Manager and Head of Assessment Design. Ben earned a Master's degree in Educational Assessment from the Department of Education at the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Geography from Aberystwyth University, both completed in 2001.
