Ciara Crowley is currently the Head of Organizational Development at Pearson, where they focus on aligning talent planning, talent development, and organizational strategy to foster long-term performance and sustainable growth. With over 16 years of consulting experience, Ciara has worked across various industries, leading initiatives in workforce transformation and skills development, including Accenture's Digital Skills program. They previously served as a Senior Manager at Accenture and held the role of AGI Governance Advisor in Rwanda. Ciara earned a Master’s in Human Resource Management with First-Class Honours from the University of Limerick and holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Commerce and French from University College Cork.
