Claudia Farini is currently the Industrial and Labor Relation (ILR) Cluster Lead at Astellas Pharma and has extensive experience in human resources management. Previously, Claudia held roles including Director of HR at Pearson Italia and HR Director at Bravofly, where they managed performance reviews, labor relations, and internal communications. With a Master’s degree in Human Resources & Organizational Management from SDA Bocconi and a Bachelor’s in Business Economics from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Claudia has demonstrated a strong ability to implement policies and manage complex projects throughout their career.
