Cong San

Cong San is an experienced mathematics educator with a strong track record in leadership and curriculum development. Serving as the Assistant Head Teacher of Assessment & Data and Director of Maths at Barnhill Community High School, Cong has previously held positions such as Deputy Subject Leader of Maths at Paddington Academy and Head of Mathematics at Haggerston School, where significant improvements in student outcomes were achieved. Cong's expertise extends to authoring educational resources for Pearson and marking various mathematics examinations. Educational qualifications include a First Class BSc in Mathematics from the University of Bath, an MA in Leadership from the Institute of Education, a PGCE in Mathematics, and an NPQML.
