Damien O'Malley has over two decades of experience in the technology and education sectors, primarily with Pearson since 2004. As Digital Systems Director and International Program Director, Damien has led significant digital initiatives and managed international IT operations. Previous roles at Pearson include International IT Manager, Service Manager, and Deployment & Support Manager. Prior to joining Pearson, Damien held the position of Configuration & Release Engineer and has also worked as an Analyst Programmer at Progrid Ltd, Northsea Software Systems, and Paradigm-ICT.
