Dave Ford

Dave Ford is an experienced professional in digital workplace architecture and technology, currently serving as the Director of Digital Workplace at Pearson since November 2023. From February 2010 to 2024, Ford held various leadership roles at Novartis, including Director of Architecture Digital Workplace and Head of Digital Workplace Architecture. Prior to that, Ford worked at WM Wrigley Jr Company from November 2000 to February 2010, where responsibilities included Solution Architecture for Microsoft and VMware Technologies. Ford began career at CBM Microservices UK Ltd as a Trainee Network Engineer in January 1996, later progressing through positions such as System Support Engineer at Murata Electronics and Technical Support at CSC.
