Deborah Ellis serves as a Lead Practitioner at Valley Park School and has held various leadership roles including Manager at Beginners2Runners and Chairperson of the Dartford Inclusion Forum. Previously, Deborah has been Vice Principal and Senior Vice Principal at Dartford Science and Technology College, focusing on curriculum development and inclusion strategies, as well as Acting Principal and NPQ Facilitator at LLSE. With extensive experience in education, Deborah has also served as an A Level Geography Examiner for Pearson. Deborah's career in education began with numerous teaching and leadership roles at Hillview School for Girls, culminating in a PGCE in Secondary Teaching from Lancaster University.
