Derya Demirtas

Derya Demirtas has extensive experience in editorial and advisory roles, currently serving as Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Pearson Students Blog and a member of the Student Advisory Board at Pearson, where Derya provides insights on educational initiatives and product evaluations. Previous roles include an internship with the Open Future Institute focused on the Big Questions Project, a research assistant position at Amherst College, and work with the NJ C-4 Statewide Completion Initiative promoting degree completion. Derya also contributed as an editor for the ebook "How to Get a Job Without a Resume" and gained marketing experience at the Holistic Mentorship Network. Derya holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Amherst College and an Associate of Arts from Sussex County Community College.
