Duncan Roberts is an experienced communications director currently serving as Director of Global Employee Communications at Pearson. With over 10 years in roles dedicated to promoting and protecting corporate reputation, Duncan has developed expertise in media relations, PR, employee engagement, and crisis communications. Previously, Duncan orchestrated global communications for a summit of over 24,000 employees and launched Pearson's first corporate alumni network, achieving rapid membership growth. Holding a BA in Accounting & Management from the University of Essex, Duncan values integrity, hard work, and a good sense of humor.
