Erin Fleming is a seasoned educator and curriculum developer with extensive experience in various teaching and administrative roles. Currently serving as the Lead Frameworks and Content Developer at Pearson since November 2020, Erin also founded Fleming Instructional and Curriculum Solutions, LLC in September 2020. Prior experience includes teaching secondary humanities at The International School in Genoa, leading curriculum and professional development at Northwest Bilingual School, and serving as a curriculum consultant for the McKinsey Social Initiative. Previous roles also include directing teaching and learning for Teach For America and teaching secondary social studies at Atlanta Public Schools. Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and African American Studies from The University of Georgia, a Master of Arts in Teaching in Social Studies Education from Georgia State University, and a Master Track Certification in Instructional Design from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
