Esther Lee

Esther Lee is a Non-Executive Director at Pearson. Esther was previously the EVP Global Chief Marketing Officer at MetLife from January 2015 to June 2021. Prior to that, they were the SVP Brand Marketing, Advertising, Sponsorships, and Media at AT&T from January 2009 to December 2014. Before that, they were the CEO North America and President of Global Brands at Euro RSCG Worldwide from January 2007 to December 2008. Esther began their career at The Coca-Cola Company in 2002 where they served as the SVP Global Chief Creative Officer until 2007.

Esther Lee attended Cornell University, Stanford Law School, and Harvard Business School. Esther is currently the Director's College at Stanford Law School.
