Fadhl Reza is a Senior Technical Project Manager at Pearson, where they lead six Scrum Teams across Sri Lanka and the US, focusing on innovative EdTech products that support 10 million users and generate $60 million in revenue annually. With five years of experience in Agile and Scrum, Fadhl is a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) known for effectively managing cross-functional teams and driving collaboration on complex projects. Previously, they served as a Technical Project Manager at CabbageApps, where they oversaw the development of a global employment platform, and at Roar Global, where they managed a team implementing security audits for NHS patient data.
