Glyn Tomkins

Glyn Tomkins is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in IT service management and engineering operations. Currently, Glyn serves as the Director of Engineering and Operations at Pearson since March 2020, previously holding a key position as Director of the Global IT Service Management Office. At Advance Auto Parts from June 2018 to March 2020, Glyn led significant transformations in IT service management. Prior experience at Duke Health involved enhancing the customer-focused transformation of the IT organization. Glyn's tenure at IBM spanned nearly two decades, during which Glyn held various roles, including IBM Watson Offering Team Leader and Program Manager, achieving notable successes in commercialization and service delivery. Glyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from Aberystwyth University and an Advanced Certificate in Project Management from Stanford University.
