They previously served in various leadership roles at Pearson VUE, including Senior Product Manager and Director of Market Development, where they successfully incubated new business lines and significantly boosted revenue. Gopal began their career at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where they led programming teams and contributed to significant system re-engineering projects. They hold an MBA in Marketing and Technology from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the Institute of Technology, BHU.
