Graeme Baldwin

Graeme Baldwin is the General Counsel and Company Secretary at Pearson plc, where they have been since 2020. Previously, Graeme held various roles at Pearson from 2014 to 2017, including SVP, Deputy General Counsel for Finance & Corporate. Prior to their time at Pearson, Graeme worked as a Senior Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills from 2007 to 2012. Graeme earned a degree in Classics from the University of Oxford and completed their legal training at the College of Law, London.
