Haiyan Lin

Haiyan Lin, PhD, MS, is a Lead Research Scientist and Lead Psychometrician currently based at Pearson and Cambium Learning. With a robust foundation in educational assessment, they have led significant projects such as the Partnership for Assessment of Readiness for College and Careers (PARCC) K-12 Consortium Assessment, as well as statewide assessments in Florida. Previously, Haiyan served as a Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where they contributed to projects involving psychometric equating and data analysis. Their academic background includes a PhD in Educational Assessment from the University of Illinois and an MS in Statistics.
