Ionela Moise

Ionela Moise is a Junior HR Specialist at Mondly since November 2022, where responsibilities include CV screening, sourcing, and supporting the recruitment process. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Talent Management at AIESEC in Romania from March 2020 to January 2022, overseeing talent recruitment and onboarding for new members. Ionela also held the role of Team Leader for Local Volunteer & Value Delivery at AIESEC, managing local volunteer activities, coordinating a team, and providing training. Additionally, a position as a Beauty Adviser at Douglas offered insights into the beauty industry and client interactions. Ionela is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Transilvania University of Brasov, following a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the same institution.
