Jarrad Merlo is a seasoned professional in language education and assessment, currently serving as a Product Specialist at OET since April 2023, focusing on enhancing communication skills for healthcare professionals through innovative product development. Jarrad has been an Advisory Council Member at NEAS Australia since February 2021, contributing insights to the ELICOS sector.
