Jiao LIU

Jiao Liu is a dynamic and results-driven professional with over 15 years of experience in government affairs, international partnerships, and strategic leadership, particularly in the education and publishing sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Government Relations at Pearson, Jiao leads efforts in building relationships with political and institutional stakeholders in Greater China. Jiao has held previous positions such as Vice Section Chief of General Affairs at Harbin Institute of Technology and Outward Mobility Manager at the British Council, where they demonstrated expertise in navigating complex regulatory environments and fostering cross-border collaborations. Jiao holds an MBA in Finance from Harbin Institute of Technology and has completed multiple certifications in English Language and Literature from The University of Edinburgh.
