Joyce Chan

Joyce Chan is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management at Hong Kong Baptist University. They have served as the Director of Compensation for the Global Rewards Program at Pearson in 2017 and held the position of Regional Reward Director. Prior to that, Joyce was the Reward Head at Generali in 2013 and spent nearly a decade as Senior Manager of Total Rewards for Asia Pacific at Newell Rubbermaid from 2003 to 2012. Joyce also earned a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development from The George Washington University between 2003 and 2005.
